How E-Gift Cards Work

On Atmos’ E-Gift Card page, you can choose a value between £10.00 and £500.00 and get an electronic gift card for that amount.

When you buy an E-Gift Card online, you will be sent an e-mail containing your E-Gift Card code. You can forward this email to the recipient of your choice, or print it out and give it to them as a gift. When the recipient wants to redeem the E-Gift Card, they just have to enter the E-Gift Card code into the box provided on Atmos' online cart page. Alternatively, you can click on the checkbox next to "I want to send this as a gift” and enter the recipient’s email, recipient’s name (optional), write a message (optional), and select a date for the E-Gift Card to be sent to them by email (optional). 

If you buy multiple E-Gift Cards (e.g. 3 x £10.00 E-Gift Cards) you will get three separate e-mails, which is perfect if you have lots of art, photography, creative writing, or music enthusiasts amongst your friends and family!

E-Gift Cards FAQ

How can I check my gift card balance?

To check the balance of your gift card(s), please send an email to info@atmos.art and provide your gift card code(s). Atmos will check the balance of your gift card(s) and reply to your email with more information.

Can I buy a physical gift voucher online?

When purchasing an Atmos Art E-Gift Card, you will receive an email containing a unique E-Gift Card code. This code can then be used in Atmos’ online checkout. The email you will receive is designed to be printed or forwarded to the recipient. You will not receive a physical gift card.

How long is my E-Gift Card valid for?

E-Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining credit on the E-Gift Card after this time will expire on this date and you will be unable to spend it, so please make sure you shop with Atmos Art soon!

What are the minimum and maximum amount I can have on a voucher?

The minimum you can put on an E-Gift Card is £10.00 and the maximum you can put on an E-Gift Card is £500.00. You can purchase multiple E-Gift Cards if you wish to purchase more gift credit.

Do I have to spend all of the money on the E-Gift Card at once?

No. If you do not redeem the full value of the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will remain on your E-Gift Card until the next transaction.

Can I pay for part of an order with an E-Gift Card, and the rest with another payment method?

Yes. E-Gift Cards can be used as part-payment for a transaction.

Can I redeem multiple E-Gift Cards in one transaction?

Yes. To do this online, add your first E-Gift Card code, click redeem, then repeat the process with the additional E-Gift Card code(s).

What happens if I lose my E-Gift Card code?

Please treat the E-Gift Card code as you would cash. Atmos Art cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen E-Gift Cards. The E-Gift Card code in the e-mail is your "cash" so keep it safe! Atmos Art cannot replace the credit attached to the E-Gift Card code, so do not lose it.

What happens if I don't receive the E-Gift Card email?

Please check your junk mail folder, and ask your network administrator if there are any additional levels of e-mail security where the e-mail may have been "trapped". If you are still unable to find the e-mail, please contact Atmos by phone or e-mail.

Can I buy anything with my E-Gift Card?

You can buy anything from Atmos' store except another E-Gift Card!

Can I exchange my E-Gift Card for cash?

No. Once the E-Gift Card is bought, no exchanges are possible.

Terms and Conditions

E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed on the website (www.atmos.art), subject to the website terms of service. E-Gift Cards are nonrefundable. E-Gift Cards may be exchanged for goods of a higher price than the face value of the E-Gift Card on payment of the difference. E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. E-Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of the last transaction. Any remaining balance will be cancelled on expiry of the validity period. If any product purchased with an E-Gift Card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the E-Gift Card. If you do not spend the entire balance on the E-Gift Card, the remaining balance will be updated after each transaction and shown on your e-receipt. E-Gift Cards should be treated as cash–they are not cheque guarantee, credit or charge cards. Atmos Art will not accept liability for lost, stolen, or damaged E-Gift Cards. Atmos Art reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of E-Gift Cards at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of E-Gift Cards, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your legal rights.
