Block Lesson Bookings

Purchasing a block of lessons offers you a discounted rate while maintaining flexibility. Block bookings must be paid upfront and are non-refundable once paid. An example of different block bookings and the relevant discounts can be found below.

5% discount on block bookings of five 60 minute lessons – £38.00 per lesson (£190.00 in total).

10% discount on block bookings of ten 60 minute lessons – £36.00 per lesson (£360.00 in total).

15% discount on block bookings of fifteen 60 minute lessons – £34.00 per lesson (£510.00 in total).

20% discount on block bookings of twenty 60 minute lessons – £32.00 per lesson (£640.00 in total).

25% discount on block bookings of forty 60 minute lessons – £30.00 per lesson (£1200.00 in total).


Distance Fees (in respect of time travelled)

£10.00 per hour pro rata.


Fuel Fees

50p per mile.


Congestion, Tolls, and Parking Fees

All incurred fees to be paid by the customer.

Payment Policy

• All lessons must be prepaid prior to the agreed scheduled time and date(s).

• Payments can be made via Shopify (credit/debit cards), bank transfer, and cash (transaction fees may apply to card payments).

• Purchased lessons are valid for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date; students can schedule lessons at their convenience during this period.

• Lesson management and scheduling are handled via Proton Calendar to streamline administrative processes.
  
  

Refund Policy

• All music lesson sales are final and are non-refundable.

• Auto-renewal payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the remainder of the active cycle.

• Force Majeure Exception: Refunds or rescheduling may be granted on a case-by-case basis for verified emergencies (such as serious illness, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable circumstances).

• Trial lessons follow the same payment and refund rules unless a promotional offer specifies otherwise.

Student / Parent / Legal Guardian Cancellations

• Students/parents/legal guardians must reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the lesson.

• No-shows and late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) result in forfeiture of the full lesson fee, except in cases of force majeure (see Section VIII of the Terms of Service for music tuition to learn more).

Teacher Cancellations

• If the Teacher cancels a lesson, students/parents/legal guardians may reschedule the lesson.

Yes. A valid enhanced DBS certificate was issued for Atmos in 2022. Since 2022, Atmos has had an active subscription for the DBS Update Service.


What is the DBS Update Service?

The DBS Update Service is an online subscription offered by the Disclosure and Barring Service that allows individuals to keep their DBS certificate up to date. More importantly, it enables employers to check whether any relevant information has changed since the certificate was issued—without the need to submit a new DBS application each time.

Yes — music lessons are available as gift vouchers.

To purchase music lessons as gift vouchers, please send an email to info@atmos.art with the following information: (i) the chosen number of lessons for your booking, (ii) the chosen lesson duration for each lesson in the booking, (iii) the chosen subject (e.g. acoustic guitar) — this can be changed by the recipient on request, (iv) the value of the chosen music tuition package, and (v) the name of the gift voucher recipient.

Alternatively, electronic gift cards (E-Gift Cards) are also available. E-Gift Cards can be purchased and spent online on this website.
