"Dissolution of the Ego” is an ink drawing inspired by the unknown and the exploration of consciousness. This piece utilises a black-and-white colour palette and patterns created using lines of various thicknesses. Some areas of this artwork are filled in with a solid black colour. Recognisable facial features (such as eyes and lips), fractal symbolism (such as the Mandelbrot set), and biological references (such as the pineal gland) are visible in this artwork. "Dissolution of the Ego” was inspired by personal experiences with altered states of consciousness. The manifestation of this artwork was an attempt to ‘bring back’ knowledge or teachings back into base reality from previous experiences.
